(2017) We take the show on the road this week, making stops in Salem, Walla Walla, and Boise!
While in Idaho, we meet the family behind Fujishin Family Cellars, and learn about their unique approach to wine-making AND working together as a family. Then, we're off to Walla Walla to meet the people at Tempus Cellars, which is there to greet people as they get off the plane. We'll learn more about this operation, located at the airport. And finally, our road trip concludes in Salem, home to Gilgamesh Brewing, where we meet the family helping putting Oregon's capital city on the craft brewing map.
All this, plus Master of Wine Bob Betz of Betz Family Winery stops by to answer our wine questions, Justin Stiefel of Heritage Distilling Company mixes-up our "Drink of the Week." and Chef Kathy Casey joins us with a fun food pairing featuring wine, craft beer, and spirits!

Pairing wine and food can be fun, and it can also be a challenge. We'll meet local chef who's new product Chef Anne Maries Tasting Chips is becoming a huge hit in tasting rooms across the region. We'll also spend time getting to know the gang at Sumerian Brewing, the brewery who's head brewer used to be a winemaker!
